All the guests are sitting around the Kitchen and see, how Chef Patrick from Sydney prepare their Menu with a special theme. Dishes like "Oceans Eleven, three temperatures" let also the last people go cracy for this chef, that put's all his heart in his food.

Von Dez. bis Juni absolviere ich das Praktikum (fuer die das Semester "Service" der Hotelfachule Luzern).

Ich fand eine gute Praktikums Stelle in Shanghai. Eines der besten Restaurants der Stadt mit einem Schweizer als GM.

Nebst dem obligatorischen serviern helfe ich mi, spezielle Anlaesse zu organisieren (Christmas, New Year, Eastern oder Wine Dinners...). Ich bin speziell auf unsere auslaendischen Gaeste "abgerichted"

Die Arbeit macht Spass, obwohl es mit der chinesischen Arbeits Moral nicht immer einfach ist. Und natuerlich lerne ich sehr viel!
